Our Mentorship Program offers a structured approach to mentorship:

IISE assigns mentors to mentorees based on course matches. We carefully pair experienced students who have excelled in specific courses with those seeking guidance in those subjects. This ensures that mentorees receive targeted support from mentors who are well-versed in the relevant material.

Once paired with a mentor, students can set up one-time or recurring meetings, depending on their individual needs. This flexibility ensures that support is available when it's most needed.

Mentors are there to assist with questions, clarify concepts, share relevant study materials, and provide valuable study tips and strategies. They understand the challenges students face and can offer insights from their own experiences.
